Eating Salmon Is A Heart-Helper

SALMON, why it works? Omega-3 fatty acids have been proven to protect against heart attack, stroke, cancer and inflammatory diseases like rheumatoid arthritis. Fish Oil protects against diseases by thinning the blood and preventing blood clots while playing a part in lowering cholesterol, triglyceride and blood pressure levels. Salmon is an excellent source of omega-3. A little salmon goes a long way. Choose wild varieties and keep the calorie count lower by sprinkling with lemon juice and herbs. If you are not fond of fish, you can also purchase fish oil supplements through a health food store!
