The Classic Tiramisu

A friend of mine made this desert and it's delicious! She gave me the recipe for me to try and I thought I should share it to everyone! This ingredients is for 6 servings.

Syrup:
3 oz. granulated sugar
6 oz. of water
1 oz. coffee extract
1 cup Marsala wine

Making the syrup:
Put water and sugar in a small pan, bring into boil and cool. Mix in extract and wine.

Cream:
6 egg yolks
9 oz. granulated sugar
1 lb. mascarpone cheese
3 cups whipping cream

Making the cream:
In bowl, whip the cream to soft peaks. In a different bowl, beat eggs and sugar until fluffy, and then add mascarpone cheese with a spatula very slowly. Gently combine.

Garnish:
Cocoa powder

Biscotti:
1 box of Savoiardi

Making the tiramisu:
In a deep dish, start by spreading some cream. Layer some BISCOTTI over cream then brush with coffee syrup. Spread more cream over Biscotti and repeat until everything has been used.

Before serving don't forget to sprinkle cocoa powder over tiramisu, cut into portions then plate.

Have a cup of Cappuccino, relax and enjoy the desert!
